Dreams staff We were non preferred: Check in was fast and smooth. We had the rooms closest to reception. Our room had a musty smell when we first arrived but never smelt it again after we opened the balcony for the first time. Rooms were spacious. We had 2 Extra beds added for the kids. Showers and bath were lovely. Housekeeping and minibar service were also superb. If traveling from uk, your body clock will allow you to be up in time for the sunrise first day. Highly recommend it. Restaurants: Cafe - brilliant. Great service and always open. Kids loved the shakes and ice creams. Buffet - really impressed us. Fresh and varied. One of the best buffets in an AI we’ve seen and used. The fresh meat and fish sections were lovely for lunch and dinner. The omelette station was great in the morning. Staff here were all incredible. Italian- honestly the only one we couldn’t rate. None of the food was proper Italian or done well Fish - not bad! Fresh and tasty Steak - did it multiple times. Great menu, really well cooked, loved it Mexican - we were in Mexico a few years ago. Flavours were done well here Japanese - did both types in here (show and table) both we enjoyed. Didn’t do the outdoor grill. Bars Some great bartenders here in regards to their attitude. That goes for all staff really. Definitely a lack in consistency with the way drinks are made or what is available. Our favourites were barracuda and lobby. Lobby staff and selection were the best. Barracuda (swing bar) was best setting. There is some daily changes to what’s available. I mainly drank tequila over there and the only one I would drink is el jimador. To their credit I had mentioned I was disappointed when it wasn’t available and they made sure it was every day following it. The lazy river bar is also great. Nothing beats their passion fruit mojito while floating round. Entertainment These guys absolutely rocked. They are all so hard working and dedicated. Arcade We negotiated a 2h access. It was ok. Tired, games were glitchy. Not really worth the money All in all a great holiday. I could nit pick but there would be no point, we are sad to leave after the best trip. Biggest recommendations: Passion fruit in drinks Lazy river Explorers club (ours did it twice, it was brilliant) Grab an amaretto, grab an iced coffee from the cafe. Mix and enjoy 🙂 If you want to go out for a meal, Capitan cook. Amazing place. Get the mixed seafood. You won’t be disappointed. Really friendly staff
I been an many resorts in punta cana. And by far this one have the best staff ever. Very friendly, always helpful and with an smile on their faces. Thanks to Dicaprio And Santa for their amazing service and to the guys at the bar by the pool area. Really good friendly staff.

Great value and what we had wanted.
They bend themselves backwards for you! Our concierge, Laidys was amazing..... she made the stay very pleasant. Ask for her! My wife did 1 full spa and 1 regular massage. Both with Laidy (not our concierge). My wife says it was great! Entertainment group is amazing with great shows every night. Dancers are very good. We recommend this hotel.

Fantastic
We absolutely love this place. The hotel is always clean, the food is always great, and the staff is amazing. There are activities going on all day and evening to keep you as busy as you want or you can just relax and enjoy. Choice is yours. This was our third trip and we can’t wait to go back.

Amazing resort. Would happily go back.
This resort was amazing. We were there for 8 days in early April. It was beautiful and well cared for. The beach was immaculate with no seaweed. The entertainment staff was so good! There were activities all the time if you wanted to participate. So many activities for the kids as well. The shows were great! Food was decent - in terms of DR resorts this was great. The a la carte restaurants (especially Portofino and Oceania) were very good. We loved the steak and ribs at Portofino and the seafood at Oceania was superb. Best margarita's by the pool=papa chicken! Water park was super fun. All in all it was a great vacation. The staff were very responsive. We had a leak in our room and they found a new room a few hours later. The coffee marker broke and we had one delivered in minutes.
