I had a wonderful experience at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun. Unfortunately, during our stay I experienced a very stressful personal situation involving my son’s mental health that required me to cancel his room reservation. After a couple of days of trying to find a solution, I spoke with a manager who was incredibly empathetic and understanding. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of and canceled the room without any issue. Her kindness during such a difficult moment meant more than I can express. Beyond that experience, the resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff throughout the property were attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to Angel, our wonderful concierge, who went above and beyond; Enrique, the bartender who always made our pool days enjoyable; and Freddie, our breakfast waiter who started each day with exceptional service and a smile. Thank you to the entire team for not only providing a beautiful vacation experience but also for showing genuine compassion when it was needed most.

Secrets Cancun - great couples trip
Had a great time. The resort, room and beach were all gorgeous! Angel our concierge was wonderful. He checked on us and made sure we were always happy with the experience. Pool was fun and all the staff were very friendly.

One of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had
My stay at the Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. For anyone looking to travel as a couple, or even solo, I highly recommend this hotel. It is an adults-only resort, which creates a calm, peaceful, and very relaxing atmosphere. Without children around, the environment feels elegant, quiet, and incredibly romantic — perfect for resting, disconnecting, and enjoying a beautiful vacation. The beach is absolutely spectacular. The sand is soft and white, the water is crystal clear, and the scenery feels almost unreal. It is honestly one of the most beautiful beaches I have experienced. Another thing that really stands out about this hotel is the exceptional kindness of the staff. The service throughout the property is warm, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that the people working there care about making your stay memorable. During my stay from January 3rd to January 9th, I had the opportunity to dine at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent. The food and atmosphere were wonderful, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the person who was in charge that night. Unfortunately I do not remember their name, but their professionalism and kindness were absolutely outstanding. In fact, their attitude completely saved my night, because my evening could have easily ended very differently. Their attention and care made a huge difference. I would also like to mention the young man who was serving at SeaSalt during lunchtime, who was incredibly kind and attentive as well. Small moments like that really reflect the spirit of the team at this resort. I also want to highlight the butler service, which added another level of comfort to the experience. The attention, availability, and willingness to help with anything needed truly elevated the stay and made everything feel effortless. Overall, the staff at this hotel are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and that makes a huge difference in the guest experience. I recommend this hotel 100%. It is a wonderful place for relaxation, romance, and enjoying a truly beautiful vacation. Experiences like this are the reason people fall in love with a place, and I truly look forward to returning in the future.

Secrets Maroma Vacation
This was our first visit to the Secrets Maroma Resort and we had an amazing time. The people were fantastic. The Beach was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Guillermo our concierge was the best. This is a must go Resort 👍

Honeymoon bliss
Wow, we’ll be back! We had an ocean view preferred junior suite (1634) and were so happy with it. The ocean view rooms are limited here and upgrading to preferred help ensure we had an amazing view! The staff was great! Our concierge, Roger, made sure we had everything we needed and wouldn’t need to worry about a thing. We love that the restaurants don’t require reservations and the food we had during our stay was very good! Pool wait staff are attentive (be sure to tip) and the entertainment staff had plenty to keep people busy who wanted to play! The beach here is incredible, by far my favorite beach! The sea grass can get gross on windy days but this place has clean up mastered-it never interfered with us getting in the ocean everyday we were there. But the sand is so soft and the ocean the most beautiful colors I’ve ever seen. Don’t sleep on this one, it was amazing!
