First time visit to Vegas for my husband
We stayed 3 nights here and reserved a 2 Queen Bed Mountain Room with Strip Views. (Room : MT 56050). Check in time is 4 PM. If you want to check in early there it is a $28 fee to do so. We didn’t pay it and went to check out the layout of the casino, restaurants, etc. We got a text that our room was ready around 4:15 PM. We got to the room, had our luggage brought up and got that all settled. When we went into the bathroom we found a lousy clean up of graffiti on the bathroom door. 🤦♀️ We decided it would be more of a pain to repack items to ask if we could switch rooms, but I had planned at a later time to address the issue. Twice we had no water pressure for hot water. Literally no water would come out of the shower heads or faucet. Cold water was trickling. I tried to find a button to reach the bell desk or the front desk but they don’t have a button for them and no extension listed to dial them either. It seemed to happen during popular times to shower ? Overall the hotel is older and smaller than other hotels/casinos and we will not stay here again. Was it horrible. No. But it’s going downhill . The major plus was Donny Osmond’s show. It was a fantastic show ! PS I tried to find an email address or person to speak to after we got home from our trip to just bring to their attention our issues and I haven’t been able to find one yet.

Wrong room tovercharged. charges.
We booked a king size bed room on SouthwestVacations.com. We were put in a room with 2 queens, no coffee maker and no mini fridge. I called and was put on a 1 hour hold to get a coffee maker from housekeeping. After check out I found a charge for $16.25 for '112409 Peanut Ma' which we never touched on the counter. Very disappointed with Harrah's Las Vegas hotel.

Not worth your money/time
Disappointing at best. As someone that travels for a living, going on a weekend getaway and stay at this hotel felt like a let down. For over $300 a night per room I didn’t even have a coffee maker or a mini fridge. The “valley” view equals to a garage view. The room size is appropriate. But the bed and pillows aren’t comfortable. An absolutely let down. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and with much lower budget and much better amenities. I strongly suggest you going somewhere else. Almost anywhere else. Staff isn’t personable or helpful. Check in was quick as it’s done in a machine(. Feels like a fast food version of a hotel) as I said before,I am disappointed … at best.

Avoid Harrahs
If you can avoid.... when you check in they ask if you want house keeping say yes everyday. As I asked for one day and they didn't bother. Also the rooms were dirty but hotel had a good location. Their manager Jordan when challenged couldn't care less.
