Oct 14, 2024A Wonderful and Amazing Experience
Me and my family just went here for 10 days, and I cannot lie, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I had a beautiful room with a lovely minibar, not to mention the room service. One call and they would be there, and their food was delicious. There was even a jacuzzi on the balcony, which added to the room’s beauty a lot! The pools were also a lovely way to spend the day at leisure. There was even a swim up bar in the main pool, along with fun games every afternoon. The bars themselves were always very happy to serve me whenever I was there. They had very delicious beer, too. The sun shining along with the glorious ocean views made for a wonderful aesthetic throughout the entire establishment! The evenings were always very nice. They had very good shows, including a fire show and there was even a casino night, providing for some quality entertainment. Or you could just sit and relax with a beer at the bar. Finally, the staff were all really nice. Like I mentioned before, the bartenders were always happy to serve me, the bartender at the privileged pool sometimes served drinks directly to us without having to go up to the bar. One member of the afternoon entertainment team named Mar was always happy to see us when we were there. Overall, an amazing experience, and one that I will really miss. We are already planning on going again soon.

Great time during changeable weather!
My wife and I had a lovely time at Dreams Sapphire. The food was great (if sometimes feeling a little limited); the entertaining was fun and kept everyone busy, the drinks were amazing (you could ask for almost anything); the pool was huge; and the beach was lovely. The only downside was that the weather was very changeable (Sunny in the morning, bursts of rain in the afternoon) which is not the hotels fault, in fact, they were amazing at clearing the rain water and keeping the place dry!

Beautiful and amazing
Relaxing and entertaining. Beautiful and romantic. Everything we wanted and more. The shows were engaging. There was something different every night. Many options for food. Kind staff. And overall an amazing experience. I would recommend this to other guests. However be weary of the VIP promotion. It is not 90 minutes. We arrived at 1030 and we left at 3pm. We were also promised breakfast but was advised that the restaurant closed. We argued and they took us to the buffet (which was not closed). This is likely why it took longer but we found the breakfast rewarding enough for the time the hotel wasted trying to sell us the vacation package. We declined about 7 different offers before we were finally awarded our leisure cash and the taxi was called to take us back. We were prepared for this, but some people may not be.

*Preferred club - Junior suite, tropical view, double room. Rooms are very airy and spacious. Hairdryer and clothes steamer in the room. Shower has shampoo, conditioner and a body wash. Some preferred guests had dressing gowns, my room didn't. You do get slippers in the room but they are two left foot ones 🙈 *Preferred lounge (air conditioned...very welcome!) - absolutely great! Carmen and a few others (I can't remeber their names, sorry) was there most nights. They remebered your order. When they noticed you were near the bottom of your drink, another one arrived. Great service. *Preferred pool - great! Reserved a cabana most days (need to be at the pool by 9am to reserve it for the next day). Bar staff around the pool also good, just as in the preferred lounge. Music played at the pool consists of about 4/5 songs on repeat. *Restaurants - All good. We ate in everyone at least once. The Teppanyaki table @ Himitsu is a must. We has Ricardo as our chef and he was great. *Housekeeping - Hhmm. Definately not 5* I'd go more with a 3. Room wasn't cleaned one day. On two occasions no clean shower towels in the room. Had to call reception to have some brought to the room. Preferred club guests are meant to have 'Turn down' service every night. During my 10 night stay, it happened 4 times. Also as a preferred guest, you are entitled to a small bottle of spirit, vodka, bacardi or tequila and a small tub of plain pringles/packet of M&Ms every three days. I got this twice and that was only because I called reception to ask for it. Housekeeping really let this holiday down for me. Don't get me wrong. I can chuck a duvet over my own bed in the mornings, and pull it down again at night, but when you pay for 5 star.. you expect that service.

My latest Mexican holiday
The beach was especially nice and the event team did an excellent job on the wedding I attended although this is a slightly smaller property than others we have gone to I enjoyed our stay and only left the property one day during our week The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel welcome
