I’ve been to breathless twice specifically because of the service we got and how we were treated. Roberto is seriously the best! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and they are there for you whenever you need. Will be returning everytime I visit Jamaica!

Christmas and New Years in Paradise!
We went to Breathless Dec 22nd to Jan 3rd. It was Jamazing! The staff were outstanding. Our room was xhale junior suite king swimout. The rooms need some updates but it did not bother us. We were there for adventure. Not to sit in our room. I loved the swimout. In the morning I greeted the groundsmen and they offered to get me fresh coconuts. I should have taken the offer. Next visit I will. Our butlers were RORY and SHANE. They were amazing. They both made sure we had reservations, pool/beach cabanas, and plenty of mimosas. They helped with our excursion to the Blue Hole. They arranged a private driver named SHACKQUILLE. He was so fun and knowledgeable. SHACKQUILLE had a friend Vernon from Zilla Adventure Tours who was our guide at the Natural Blue Hole Eco Attraction. VERNON was top notch. SHACKQUILLE also suggest going to Sharkies for lunch on the way back. Sharkies was so good! SEAFOOD!!!!! Check in and out crew were amazing. The Bellman at the front were always fun and helpful. Wink bar was really good. ONEIL made amazing vanilla lattes and coffee. FITZGERALD was so sweet. He personally got limes to cut up for me. ASHANIE also made great coffee and drinks. NICO has such an amazing smile. Even after telling him that KEINO is my favorite. KEINO made me so many amazing drinks. He is so friendly and fun! MARVIN at the pool bar was on point. Always walking around the pool asking if anyone wanted drinks. Fish nets crew were the best. CAMERON, MELISSA, Ride or die VANESSA, DONA-LEE, ANDRENE the sunshine you need to see everyday, who was all over just like many others. SHANEA was so nice. She was also at many different places in the building. Culinary/Sofrito/Breakfast was my favorite. Staff were beyond accommodating. PAUL was the nicest man. The first night we had dinner there he came right up to us and explained everything. It turned into us having dinner with him a few times. BREAKFAST CREW NEEDS AN AWARD. MELISSA and VENESSA were always smiling and I had breakfast everyday with them. The breakfast buffet was so good. Well stocked and clean. The culinary team were always smiling and made the prettiest fruit art. Loved the Bob Marley mimosas. Housekeeping and fridge keeper were also amazing. Always a cleam room with stocked fridge. Turn down service gave us hersey kisses on our bed. Gift shop was nice. The worker was always smiling and friendly. Security guards at the bridge were always friendly. Altitude is gorgeous. Stunning day and night. We had Christmas dinner and New Year Eve dinner there. Our surf and turf and chicken dinners were perfectly cooked. Lunch was really good too. We had the same waitress SHENEA both nights and she was friendly and flawless even though she was so busy. She made us feel special and after having Christmas dinner with her we requested her for New Years dinner. She is a different SHENEA from Fish Nets. The spa is very expensive. It was worth it. MARSHA did a great job. Bare Buns (I drank a lot not sure thats the name) at Breathless Beach has a beautiful view. NADINE makes the best pinacolada. She knows it needs a double blend...lol Portofino was my favorite restaurant. TUCSON was our waiter both times. He was funny and hustling. The restaurants were alway busy. Entertainment crew were what made our trip the most fun. From my husband beating FREESTYLE at connect 4 and then losing his title to TJ. To the pool parties, lobby parties, and New Years eve Party, the crew were top notch. KAI was like a bestfriend. She from day 1 came up to us and showed us where to find the party list and always made sure we had a good time. She is so talented. The DJ STAINLESS was always a riot, especially being the grinch after Santa came to the pool. RUNNEIL was my husbands buddy. My husband taught him a special handshake....lol...and they did it several times. SHADOW is the winner....I mean yes staff killed us at Volleyball...and yes SHADOW I am the loser...hahahaha. The foam parties were fun. The dancer were great. It was always fun watching FREESTYLE, SHADOW, and RED STRIPE dancing. SHADOW messed up the most..hahahahah...just kidding. KNAZ is a really good dancer. He was always smiling. Amstar desk were helpful and friendly. They booked excursions and let us know our transport time. Rooms need updating, stop tucking in the bed at turn down haha. Lights randomly went on at night. I had 1 death mosquito that I killed slowly. Overall had a wonderful time and we met so many amazing people also staying there. We will be back to see our friends we already miss. Our experience was made special because of the staff. We could get sunshine and beach anywhere. This isn't a 5 star resort, but the staff made our stay 5 stars!

My butler Jeavon made my stay A class! He was so attentive and helpful on a daily basis, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Inhouse entertainment team lead by Redstipe were great, but external dancer used at the pool parties were terrible as they had no energy! Shout out to Nico the bartender who kept my glass topped up. Although the staff were great, food quality at the hotel was hit and miss, it has gone downhill from my visit earlier in the year!

Christmas / New Year 24/25
Few things have changed since we visited in 2019 & 2021. Overall we had an amazing holiday & loved getting away for a family Christmas in the sun. The staff at Breathless were super friendly, fun and helpful. A credit to the brand. The staff over at secrets a completely experience. Kenneil at secrets who's been with the company for a long time outstanding service. Went Xhale in Breathless so we could book restaurants through our butler. That's all we had them do, Olivia came and chatted with us most days. Went out on 3 trips , sunset boat, tubbing and bamboo beach club and rasta afari which was amazing and well organised. Staff that stood out Shadow Runneil Freestyle Animation team Cruise Marvin Vanessa Kenneil - secrets Melissa original and newer one Kaleen Theo Renardo Devan Courtney lifeguard I'm sure there some we've missed ,but are a credit to the brand. Didn't agree with paying for wine for Christmas, NY and beach dinner to have a table, so didnt do those.

Nice hotel, nice surroundings
Lovely hotel, really clean and everything included. Lots of really nice employees, a few that seemed to have a bad day and let themselves and the rest of the team down a little. Here’s the people that really stood out for me Runneil , Marvin, Shadow and Courtney were outstanding, a real credit to the hotel. We spoke every day. Cruise , Vanessa , Kenneil , Melissa, Kaleen , Theo, Renardo and Devan were all outstanding Thanks folks!
