Oct 13, 2024Cost too much for lackluster service.
The Preferred Club is not worth the money! Never saw a butler. Staff is not friendly. There is an upsell for almost everything. Violeta (beach pool bar) was great and that was about it! The resort is very nice and the views from the lobby are gorgeous!

Entertainment, Housekeeping Concierge was amazing. Victor, Sergio, Cristian, Monica, Jocelyn, Axel were great! The pool games were so much fun!!! Thank you for a trip of a life time we will most definitely be back. The silent headphone!!

We had an amazing and relaxing week at the Secrets Moxche’. The resort was absolutely stunning! The rooms were very nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful. The resort has 7 pools (I believe) and they were really beautiful and well taken care. Several pools for a quiet more peaceful swim time or an activity pool that always had good music or some fun entertainment going on. We want to give a shoutout to 2 of the pool concierges Jacobo and Carlos, at the activity pool that took such great care of us every morning! Also to Paulina who took care of all of our drinks! She always remembered what we drank! We really loved Miguel with the entertainment crews and his enthusiastic personality! I think our favorite show was the Element Show. It was so good! The people at Secrets Moxche’ have all been so kind and helpful throughout our stay! If you want to travel off the resort ask for Orlando or David at the AmStar desk. They helped us set up a wonderful Sunset cruise. One more “shoutout” for the best taco stand guy Silvino!! His tacos were absolutely delicious! I think it might have been my favorite place to eat! The only small downfall was, we were surprised that this was the first resort we have been to that did not have some kind of liquor in the room and mimosas were not allowed for breakfast until after 10. Not a deal breaker for us, we were just surprised. Thank you Secrets Moxche’ for helping us have an amazing trip for our anniversary!

Great Honeymoon Destination!
The view from the resort is breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful and modern. All workers were helpful. Room service was quick and easy. The food was spectacular, there were many options. The entertainment crew had many activities to keep us occupied even on the days we had rain. Felix, Christian and Miguel are enthusiastic and full of energy. There were nightly shows in the theater which were great! We will be staying here again!

Amazing and top notch
We celebrated our anniversary at Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen and it exceeded our expectations. The entire staff went above and beyond for all our needs. My husband and I thought that the beach itself could have been better, however the pools more than made up for it
