If you visit Punta Cana, Dreams is the place for you. Beautiful resort, beautiful people, and beautiful ambience! Once you arrive, it’s a dream that you won’t to end.

Spent 6 nights at Dreams Royal Beach Preferred. Wife and 15-year-old son in tow. The hotels cleanliness was impeccably maintained. The Junior Suite room was incredibly accommodating, with icy air conditioning and ceiling fans providing an extra touch of coolness. The grounds were flawless, the pools were pristine and warm. Unfortunately, the beach was hit by the unsightly sargassum blooms. However, the diligent workers made sure to clean up the sand daily. While the food options were satisfactory. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, although a few seemed indifferent to American guests and their needs. The drinks flowed generously, featuring top-shelf alcohol, though I mostly stuck to the local beer. Room service was prompt, with consistently hot and freshly made meals, a hit with my teenager every night. We will certainly return for another stay, but I would suggest opting for a resort on the Caribbean side to avoid the seaweed if you enjoy snorkeling and beach swimming.

I didn't have internet for two days and calling front desk was invane. Managers don't work on Sundays and didn't get one Monday. Event food sat to long and got sick. Could use more tech a mobile app for ordering rides from room would have been nice (gps). Rooms were great. Promise to compensate but that never happened.

The resort was beautiful and well-maintained. The beach wasn't great. The spa was amazing. The food was fine. Room service was awful and, in fact, they never showed up. I am not so sure I would go back.

Moldy Bathrooms. Hotel and room in need of upgrades (including vents and better air conditioning). Food is subpar and flies all over buffet, better food on cruises. Not a 5 star hotel as claimed, more like 2 star hotel.
