My 10yrs old son and I loved the resort! We had an amazing vacation. Few things to tweak and it would of been perfect. Cons I had to get up at 5am to secure a spot by the pool. INSANE NO? By 6:30 there's no spot left. They should have one less pool for the preferred guest (the adult pool was almost always empty) There's rows rows of chairs by the pool, definitely over crowded. The ocean water was murky but I knew that before booking. Pros NO reservation needed for A la carte, if they were full, they would give you buzzer until your table is ready. Delicious food! Great drinks, amazing staff, clean room. Download the app and request anything you like. Live music was great. Arcade, waterslide lazy river so much fun. Buffet food was great. They even let you bring food outside by the pool. Great drink service by the pool. Thank you to all staff! they work tireless with a smile

Thank you for rememberable dinner on the beach and overall great visit
Whole family enjoyed the visit. plenty of activities for the kids. Our private dinner on the beach was very memorable. Antonio, our server went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect thank you! Juan the restaurant supervisor also went out of his way for us and I am truly grateful. Overall, thank you to everyone for your professionalism and attention to detail.

We came here for a family vacation and it was a great spot for all. We had a preferred club ocean front room. The beds were very comfy and they have other pillow options if needed. The rooms stayed cool with no ac issues our entire stay. Room service was always ok too of keeping things clean and turn down service is such a nice perk. Jesus and Damien took care of us at the pool and really made our experience top notch. They were always happy to help and very quick! We loved seeing them everyday. Freddy at preferred club was great- he makes excellent espresso martinis. And preferred club is definitely worth it- we met there before dinner every night and would sometimes go up during the day for little snacks. My kids did kids club for a couple hours a few of the days. Alexa is the sweetest!!! They really cater to the kids there and my kids wanted to go and stay longer than we usually had them there. Food is good- room service option is great. The food isn’t amazing, but we all found something we liked or loved each day. Buffet is very mediocre. Pizza at Italian, fish tacos at blue water, and himitsu sushi and hibachi were some of our favorites Drinks are great! They are happy to make you whatever you want or will surprise you with something new. Staff and grounds are really 5/5!! Everyone was very nice, this place is well kept, and you can tell everyone takes pride in this place. Arcade is a fun bonus along with the water park features. The spa is really cool if you get a chance to check it out, even for the water journey. All in all we would definitely do this or another dreams property again!

Nice hotel, great service, good food if you know where to look!
We found the food was overall quite good especially the Italian and Japanese restaurants, and the buffet had some great options and good variety that changed a bit each day. The service at every restaurant and bar was always excellent. Jonathan and Manuel Ku in the world cafe took great care of us every morning for breakfast which we really appreciated. The lady making fresh Tacos every morning in the buffet was amazing and those were a highlight, I wish I could still have them for breakfast everyday. Cocktails were good especially the espresso martinis and I was drinking Negronis which were also very good. Our room was fantastic and the pool was great but the chair situation was a gong show - it was spring break so that is to be expected I guess but it was a major damper. Overall it was an excellent stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great time
Overall great hotel, perfect size, not too big. Lots for teenagers to do. Beach was in great shape better than reviews we read before going, they were always grooming the sand to clear any seaweed. We are not beach people and we loved walking it everyday because it was so clean. Pools a bit cold no one was even at the swim up bar but it was very windy when we stayed and that did not help when in the pool. Rooms are great sizes and all restaurants we ate at were some of the best food we have had at an AI resort in Mexico. I would say the only annoying thing was trying to get pool chairs. But that’s also a resort problem at most hotels. This resort really was great and we have stayed at sister hotels in Mexico including adults only and we loved this Dreams.
