My husband and I traveled to Montego Bay to attend a wedding (first time in Jamaica). We stayed at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall. From the time we arrived, received the friendliest greetings!! The staff, food, ambience, ocean views from our room and service were excellent!!!! We had the privilege of having Mr. Alain and Mr. Andre assist us with their butler services during the trip! They were personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at ALL TIMES- we wanted for nothing! Can’t wait to return!

Our room butlers Christopher and Valentine were AMAZING. It was a little shaky at the beginning but once I added their contact info into my WhatsApp everything went smoothly. We were surprised to find rose pedals and dessert in our room. Thanks for making our anniversary memorable.

Beautiful resort!!! Thanks to my girls Kadian Tanya Kerrisha Safa Kenisha from the Concierge desk. Lovely service and Beautiful smiles. The beautiful Sonika at the front desk was great too. We will definitely be back to Jamica in the future .

I had an amazing time at the iberostar Joia in beautiful Jamaica. The service was excellent. Be sure to stop by the concierge desk and see Kadian, Tanya, Kerrisha, Kenisha and Lovely Sonkia at the front desk. Shout out to my friend in entertainment with the Rasta dreds I forgot his name. Kerrisha, kadian and Tanya love the ladies awesome hospitality .Above the duty with getting me KFC🌟safa and kenisha also went above and beyond for us. Sonika found us the best room ever ill definitely be coming back to this property for future vacation. Entertainment was great especially the tall guy with locs forgot is name.
