A dream holiday
Me and my partner have just come back from a two week stay at Dreams jade. What a lovely time we have had. This is our second time in mexico. I want to start with the few negatives as I feel there the post important. The buffet on an evening had themes, these themes were often whichever A la Catre was closed. For me this is not what a buffet is when on holiday. I would have liked a mixture. Without careful planning you end up eating the same food twice on the bounce. I would have always liked a salad and french fries. Breakfast and lunch were brilliant but a real let down on a night. Men cannot wear Vests in the buffet at any point, for me this rule is ridiculous. There are women with a seethrough sarong tied around there waist yet my partner can't wear a nice vest for breakfast. I completely understand on an evening but through the day Vests should be allowed. Now the negatives are done. Positives... All the A La Cartes are fantastic. Beautifully decorated and all the staff were amazing. Castaways restaurant was great with lovely staff. Tried most things off the menu all really good. Cocktails and drinks were great at this hotel, alot of top brand drinks. Rooms spotless, plenty of storage. Felt very luxurious. There is always some form of entertainment going on, the entertainment team work hard. The spa is one of the most beautiful that ive been to. There facilities were great and so clean. The massage itself was alright but we really enjoyed using the hydrotherapy pool. There were plenty of beds around the pool and in the beach. Staff worked hard to get rid of the seaweed. The waiter's and bar staff really made this hotel. They couldn't do enough for you and so polite. Few to mention- Geylar in the buffet was great. Alan and Brendon down at the mix bar are fab cocktail makers and a good laugh. Would I recommend this hotel absolutely.

Dreams Jade experience
Everything was amazing at the resort! Miguel was our chef at the Hibachi restaurant and the show was the best I’ve had! And the food was delicious. All of the staff and our concierge Julian took care of us like royalty. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had a Governor’s suite and it exceeded all expectations

Clean and attentive
This resort is very clean and the staff is superbly attentive to guests’ needs and preferences. Our favorite servers were Edwin at Capers and Geyler at the Carnival buffet. We also appreciate Miguel at Capers. We will definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family.

Food is Not the best!
We spend 9 days at Dreams Jade from October 2nd till October 11th 2024,just got back. Food is very disappointing, limited food options in the buffet and repetitive, I am not a picky eater and I'm disappointed, A la carte even worse! If you are a foodie, please find other resort! The resort is very clean, rooms are nice and clean, housekeeper came twice daily, we tip the lady for the great job. Beds are comfortable. And the best part is the kids club ,top notch!
