Bravo Viva Miguel, Alexandre, hector and all the staff. A very clean hôtel, bedrooms are well set, swimming pools are amazing. The seaside is lovely and typical city is near (20 minutes walking) many excursions are possible around Tulum and Coba.

Retirement celebration
Our holiday got off to an upsetting start when I discovered at check in, that I'd left my rucksack containing our spending money and documents on the transfer bus. I was in complete panic. Despite the help of the lovely Liseth at Concierge,it was never discovered. We had to continue with our holiday the best we could,as it was a special trip to celebrate my husband's retirement and 65th birthday, and we did have had a lovely time. All the staff were professional and friendly and greeted you with a genuine smile. The speciality restaurants were really good. Our favourite was the Mercure. The steak was cooked to perfection. Special mentions must go to Dayli, Juan, and Manuel. They were all very attentive and professional. Also, to the lady that cooks the omelettes in the buffet restaurant, her name begins with 'N' she was always so smiley and the omelettes were very tasty. Miguel was very entertaining and produced some great food at the teppanyaki restaurant . The preferred pool was really nice and the hotel grounds were well kept. The aquarobics was good fun,but wasn't on daily. It was very popular. Being a true Brit , I would have liked a kettle in our room for our morning tea. A lovely place to spend a holiday. Amazing resort to relax and spent time together as a family!
So happy to have spent 11 days at Dreams Jade! Lovely, clean resort. Friendly attentive staff who made us and our daughter feel very welcome and at home. Always able to get loungers by the pool or on the beach without waking up early to reserve! No issues getting into any of the restaurants! Buffet restaurant was fab, lots of choice. Breakfast was great too. The coffee shop is wonderful and very welcoming. The restaurants are ok- absolutely what we expected for a resort like this- our fave was Spice! Lots of activities for our young child who enjoyed mini golf, and pool games as well as tennis and football! There were opportunities for crafts and bingo that she enjoyed as well as face painting! Took a trip into Puerto Morelos one morning which was lovely- the hotel sorted a taxi no problem which was centrally priced. We would most certainly come back! Total paradise and would recommend for a young family! Special shout out to Angel by the pool for keeping the drinks flowing! Noemi at the Coco Cafe who made delicious cappuccinos any time of the day and night and Edwin at breakfast who even set a place for our daughters Teddy to eat! Mary from entertainment- who was so kind and attentive towards our young daughter, helped her with all the activities and encouraged her to join in!

Exceptional and Personalized Service
We had a great experience with the service. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Our butler Julian went above and beyond, arranging special touches like fruit, sweets, and champagne in our room, and even restaurant reservations that weren’t available to others. The waiters were excellent, and overall the service felt very personalized and VIP-level. It made a real difference in our stay. Victor at pool took care of us most of the days at the Preferred pool. Roberto also helped us with few things to make our stay more enjoyable.

Pool concierge 👍
We had the best pool concierge, Alfredo. Met him on the first day and he made sure we had chairs and towels everyday. He was kind, attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks for helping make our trip relaxing, just what we were looking for.
