Great friendly service. Everyone catered to you in the best way and always made sure your were comfortable. Moving around the hotel was easy with the train service. The trains could of been a little more updated. But I will def return to this hotel.

It's Melia EVERY year for us!
I've been home for a week now, just sulking in my withdrawal from Melia. I consider this to be home, these wonderful people family. From the second you are greeted at the front of this beautiful property, there is nothing but warm, happy, love exuding from everyone. Much like walking into the front door of your family home, everyone is genuinely happy to see you. I've always felt like friendship, respect and love have come before the feeling of 'it's their job'. While everyone vacations differently from the food to the beaches to the pools to the culture, I have always had the experience here at Melia to meet it all. The property is simply beautiful, you'd have to explore it through your eyes to understand. Don't feel like walking? Not to worry, a trolley with a well experienced staff member will show you everything that this place holds. Just ask for a tour, they love to show it off. Who wouldn't when you love what you do? The beaches are sprawled along such incredible coastline. Sun and sand are a plenty with views to match the warm feeling you get here. But truly... It's the people who make this place what it is. Thanks Luciano and Carlos at the bar keeping us well hydrated (thanks for the entertainment when Bon Jovi comes on Luciano). The staff who run activities (Sexybody Juan Luis, and Papa Rico Yeison will get you pumped for the day! Marcos and Octavio in the Riveria... What gentlemen. Thanks for always handling our hangovers. Carlos our trolley driver, you're something so fun and free! But truly... Reynardo Sanchez. He's the MAN. He truly makes me feel like family. Every day he shows up giving everything he has to Melia. From reservations, to towels at the pool he truly makes your trip. I live with MS and from the second I told him 2 years ago, he made sure I was fully stocked with water EVERY day. He checks in on us every day and even when he's double stepping to do a hundred other things, he will still make the time to stop say good morning or wave hello. He has helped our entire party of 15. He took the time to get to know our littlest member of our family who has other needs. It's a special thing to watch him communicate with kids. There isn't anything this man wouldn't do to make you feel like your vacation is important to him too. He is a kind, thoughtful hard working man who we consider an invaluable friend, and a must have asset to our vacation AND Melia. Its paradise...but these people make it heaven on Earth.

You will not regret booking here! Rey and his staff will take care of all of your needs..
My husband, son (3 yrs) and myself travelled with a large group of family and friends and were taken care of by Rey and his staff from the moment we stepped foot on the resort. The staff took care of our luggage and had refreshments ready. We stayed at level, where Rey assisted us with a smooth check in then escorted us to our gorgeous junior suite that came with may additional perks! For the rest of the trip Rey made himself available for any need we had big or small. He would arrange for immediate rides to the beach without us even needing to ask if he saw us looking a little tired on our way or work his magic to get us last minute reservations when we found a new restaurant we wanted to try. Every single employee we came into contact with had the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced! When I was concerned about two turtles being stuck together in the pond late at night, I flagged down the first employee I could find who happened to be driving by. I asked him if there was someone who dealt with the turtles who could help. Without hesitation he separated them himself and went on his way. Absolutely incredible! We spent most of our days on the pristine beaches where we got to meet some really lovely local people who were so kind and showed so much love towards my son and my family. We frequently went to the bar directly on the beach where Cristofer was always ready to fill our trays of drinks with a warm smile! He even tracked down tomato juice at another bar in the hotel just so my husband could have a Bloody Mary. Just another example of the ways all the staff members will go out of their way to make sure you are having the best possible time. Thank you to Rey and all of the incredible staff at Melia for giving us the most amazing and memorable experience! My SIL has already booked based on our experience and we are so jealous! We will be back many more times and my son can’t wait to see “uncle” Rey again!

Highly recommend!!
I would highly recommend this resort! The staff was amazing (especially ray) they were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beach was beautiful and the resort was very nice. We had a great trip and would definitely come back again

Went for my birthday, couldn’t have asked for a better experience, our concierge Mauro was absolutely AMAZING, he made my birthday so special and was so helpful throughout the whole holiday, truly appreciate him for being so kind and having a genuine care for guest experience <3
