We had an amazing time at Live Aqua PC for our honeymoon. We stayed in the Tierra Suite & David C was our mayordomo. David nos ayudó con todo y siempre estaba disponible y muy atento. Hizo que nos sintiéramos muy especiales y hasta nos trajo cerveza mexicana! He was the best. We also want to shout out a few other employees that helped make our trip amazing - Emilia at the main lobby bar was our server basically every night and she was awesome. Ligny at seishin was also so nice and awesome, he was our hibachi chef and was just to entertaining and nice to talk to. Lastly, Angelo at beach service was our server for basically everyday we were at the beach and he was so attentive and fast. Always remembering us and our orders and super friendly. We had a great time here. The difference was the customer service & the staff. 10/10

The staff was beyond GREAT! A big thank you to: Pedro, Salvador, Diana H., Anni, Jean, Carlos, Berlin. Miguel. This group of staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They made us feel like family. This was the best vacation due to the amenities and the staff. Please rate the staff with a high five on their customer service!

Vacation of a Lifetime
Our stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana was nothing short of extraordinary. To say we had an amazingly wonderful vacation would truly be an understatement — it was absolutely the trip of a lifetime. The weather was perfect all week, with beautiful mid-80s sunshine, steady ocean breezes, and just enough late-night showers to keep everything lush and green. The resort itself is small and quaint, with about 350 rooms, which made it feel intimate and relaxing — yet it’s supported by what felt like thousands of incredible staff members. Every single person we encountered was kind, appreciative, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We were treated so incredibly well from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you to our amazing butler, Pederio. He went above and beyond for our group of eight — not once, but two nights in a row — securing last-minute dinner reservations when it seemed nearly impossible. His calm confidence and dedication made everything seamless. He also arranged transportation for us to spend a few fun hours at the Hard Rock Casino at Hard Rock Casino Punta Cana, which was such a fun and easy excursion thanks to him. Knowing he was handling the details allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The food throughout the resort was absolutely amazing — beautifully presented, flavorful, and consistently impressive at every restaurant. Every meal felt special. Live Aqua created an atmosphere of warmth, beauty, and true hospitality. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already dreaming of returning. ☀️🏝️

Daniel was our butler and was amazing, helped me every step of the way. Rafael was also amazing and johanangel in the dining rooms was great service. Everyone was so great, the food was 5 star and i will definitely go back!!

Well, needed trip
We were looked after the best we ever have been at a hotel resort. Everybody was so friendly. Nicky and Yahiera (sorry for the spelling?) greeted us every time they saw us. All our dinners were arranged, and I couldn’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this trip. We had so many wonderful people from the start to the finish.
