This place is NOT worth the money. The room smelled of mildew the entire time we were there, despite our call for service. The furniture in the room was dirty and the food was just "Ok." The staff was the only redeeming factor here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

What an incredible stay at Live Aqua! From the room to the service and restaurant options everything was excellent. We opted for a swim up suite and would recommend it to anyone considering. Great secluded option for a morning or evening dip and just adds an extra layer of VIP and tranquility. We received wonderful attention from Julio Cofee, Berlin, Luis, and Andri during lunch and breakfast. The resort is large and well maintained throughout - even when fully booked it feels spacious. The spa was top tier as well and provided prenatal modifications. Cannot wait to return and enjoy again!

Excellent vacation and celebration at Live Aqua Punta Cana
The Live Aqua Punta Cana beach resort was an excellent choice to celebrate our anniversary. The staff is extremely appreciative of the guests who chose to stay here. From the time we arrived our host Alexander displayed a charismatic smile and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing and memorable. This adults only, all-inclusive resort is so well laid out. From the large terrace sitting areas, to poolside and beach front chairs you’re never crowded. Whether is a breakfast, lunch or dinner there are multiple dining options that will for fill your appetite no manner what you desire. The fitness area and daily activities are sure to entertain, educate, and make each day enjoyable. We recommend you make time to take an early morning walk on the beach after hitting the coffee shop, (don’t forget a danish). Fill your day by taking a local tour, or go snorkeling, but if you just what to chill, there are multiple pool areas to soak up the sun while enjoying one of the many include drinks options offered. Your evenings will be filled with warm winds and outdoor entertainment on the terrace. Overall, we rate this resort a 10 for its elegant and stylish furnishings, cleanliness, attentive staff and relaxing environment. Safe Travels E & L

Great 40th bday trip!
We loved our trip here for my 40th bday! Beautiful property, that always feels serene while also filled with social and happy people. Helen at Compton St was the best! She remembered us and our order. Always asked about our day with a smile on her face. Would definitely come back (if we can swing another trip away from kids). Joel at the beach / main pool was also amazing when helping us at the daybed or with drinks in general. We really enjoyed the pool at the spa as well as our massages with Nani and Thea. Great service overall the whole trip from all staff!

Positive experience
The experience was fabulous at all levels. Food, room, amenities and the VIP service. Salvador, Luis, Natalya, and Linda all took great care of us for breakfast. Alex was our butler and provided great input and took care of all of our requests.
