The staff are so kind and hospitable. They make you feel welcome and greet you with gratitude. I would especially like to point out Joel, who is a manager at many of the restaurants here. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He does this for many of the guests. He truly has a servant’s heart - thank you Joel! I also want to point out the excellent team at the buffet restaurant of Salvador, Luis, Nathaly, and Linda. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel like royalty. Thank you so much!

Best experience we have ever had!
This resort was fantastic! 5out of 5! Best service we have ever received, and we have stayed at over 30 nice all-inclusive resorts through the years. We splurged on 4 Tierra Suite rooms on the preferred side and they were absolutely perfect! Our rooms walked right out to the preferred side of the beach, we had privacy and our own slice of paradise with the best service we have ever had - they treated us like royalty. Our butler Reynaldo took incredible care of our every need and always reached out asking if we needed anything. He arranged a couple of our dinners in private rooms (we didn't even ask for that) and surprised our daughter with a birthday cake with the staff singing HPB, all his idea. Angelo was the best beach waiter, Josue the best at reserving cabanas and chairs for us, Luisa kept us laughing at check in, Francis was a great chef and made sure we had delicious vegetarian food for two of the seven of us. Johendry and Willy are other honorable mentions. I strongly recommend the preferred club and the Tierra suites! They would be perfect for a honeymoon and you won't regret the splurge. The staff literally approached us every morning in our back yard patios to ask what they could bring us. We were incredibly spoiled and our view was stunning! There were security gaurds on the beach day & night and we felt super safe. I have never felt so compelled to leave such a glowing review! Also, the beach had super soft sand and very swimmable and loaded with palm trees.

Great service especially at the buffet we were always welcomed waiters are great quick and friendly always making sure everything is ok especially Gracy , Noelia Super , Yodi , Luis made an extra effort making as feel welcome they did their job always with a smile .

The Best!
We love this resort. The staff is so kind. Miguel at the main pool is awesome! Very attentive and never lets your drink go empty! Excellent service, friendly, and wonderful drinks! Be sure to find Miguel at the pool when you visit, you will not be disappointed!

An enjoyable week in Punta Cana
Our family (me, my wife and three daughters all in their 20s) had a great time at the resort. Here are my thoughts, in no particular order: -Beautiful facilities and grounds. Well maintained and clean. -Very friendly and accommodating staff (for the most part). Two people in-particular stood out: Miguel at the pool and Joaquina at Chez Rose. -We had a few minor hiccups and management addressed promptly. Mistakes happen so I was impressed with the follow-up. -Food is above average. The buffet had something for everyone. All restaurants were great except for ATL (Mexican). We went twice and both times the service was horrible. Woefully understaffed so impossible to order drinks or food. I would avoid. -Nice layout for the pools. You can opt for more of a party scene or find another pool for peace and tranquility. -If you order room service, it will take over an hour, regardless of what time they tell you. -We requested several items for the room (pillows, face clothes, refill the mini bar. It took three calls and 2-3 days to finally get taken care of. -Nightly entertainment was great. We stayed over NYE and they went all out. -Nightly music options until 11pm. Enjoyable but way too loud. We needed to find seats far away due to the volume. -We stayed in Building 2. Good location to restaurants and entertainment but is very loud until entertainment ends so if you’re an early to bed person beware. -There’s a night club open from 11pm-3am. Great idea but it’s on the smaller side and was dead every night. -The beach was pristine . Soft sand and tons of seating with shade. -DO NOT DRINK ANY WATER NOT FROM A BOTTLE YOU OPENED YOURSELF. 2 of us drank the water from the carafes at Chez Rose. We were out of commission for 24 hours. The others who didn’t were fine. -Liquor options were great. Top name brands such as Tito’s, Bombay and Johnny Walker. -Rooms are beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. -BRING AMPLE SUPPLY OF SUNBLOCK. We ran out and the gift shop charges $50.00 per bottle! This is outright extortion. -Bring bug spray. Flies are everywhere. All in all, an enjoyable trip. They do so much very well but the items pointed out above were frustrating and took away from what would have been a truly luxurious experience.
