Nice, smaller resort. We were traveling with another couple. Opted for the Preferred Club Ocean View. Our double queen was spacious and did have a good view. Family friendly, but still seemed low key. We were able to eat in all of the restaurants without a wait. Staff was attentive, and any request was promptly taken care of. The only beach is in the lagoon but with the wind it made it calm to swim. Safe place to let kids snorkel.

I had the opportunity to return to this beautiful place. The staff was very kind and friendly. I returned to the spa and had two massages on the beach with Guadalupe. She is very kind. She has a very beautiful energy. Her hands are very strong. I promise to return

Hotel Review
The hotel was amazing such a friendly staff they accommodated over our needs. The staff at the café was incredible. The bell doors were incredible. Just a service overall was amazing! I would read it a 10 out of 10 experience! We would definitely be coming back here! The hotel is so beautiful and clean and everything is very well-maintained. I would especially like to Bank margarita Diana McGowan, Anita at the café for taking care of our family the whole week they’re an amazing team and I don’t know what I would do without them on this trip!

Visit
I really enjoyed my visit, the beach was well kept, and there were lots of forms of entertainment for the whole family. Christian on the entertainment team was very kind, and made sure to include all the kids. The food and drink were excellent, and I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Great staff
On our last day at Dreams Aventuras, Fernanda, Julián, Teresa from the Preferred Club made it unforgettable by surprising us with a cake during breakfast and lunch. Their kindness and thoughtfulness truly touched our hearts. It's the genuine care and personal touches from people like them that keep me coming back to certain resorts.
