We had a delightful stay while attending a friend’s wedding. Our time at TRS Coral was truly memorable, thanks in large part to our exceptional butler, Sofia, who was both attentive and compassionate. We cannot thank you enough for the outstanding care you provided—we are genuinely grateful for our experience and are so glad we chose to stay there.

Apr 21, 2025Beautiful resort but the room made me sick!
Stayed 5 nights at the beautiful TRS Coral Adults only. This was the first trip my husband and I have been able to take together since 2019 so to say we were excited is an understatement! Upon arrival we were checked in by a gentleman who looked like be absolutely hated his job. He really should not be the first person guests talk to. He was grumpy and not welcoming! Without being two steps from the front desk we were approached be a concierge who immediately was trying to get us to sign up to listen to their sales pitch about becoming a member. We politely declined until he sweetened the deal and threw in Chic Cabaret show tickets and promised a discount at the spa. He also said this sales pitch would be 60 min of our time over breakfast. We decided to go and it ended up taking almost 3 hours (would have gone longer but we basically said no, and we had enough) We did get the Chic Cabaret tickets and it was a great show BUT we never got the voucher for the spa, even after asking multiple times, he lied and said at checkout we just need to say we did the "promotion" Trust me, We are not just here for the "free" stuff but it was what we were promised and he lied. The resort is beautiful, food is good (I would not say great), service was hit and miss but mostly good. Loved all the live music, that really set this resort apart. Live music at the bars, at the pool, all very talented and entertaining. Since we were at the Coral resort we could go to any of the others. They offer plenty of transportation options if you do not want to walk. Adorable little boats for boat rides and golf cart options. We were very happy with all the options for the restaurants, the coffee shop at the village market was amazing, wish we would have found that sooner! It was such a big resort it took us two days to figure it all out if you left the Coral side but liked all the extra options you could have. Now to the room, it was a beautiful room. I did not pay for an upgrade and just did the Jr. Garden view so we were pleasantly surprised that you could still see the ocean in a distance off the HUGE balcony- it was nice! The air quality was horrible in the room and after two nights I fell sick which put a huge damper on the rest of the trip. I was dealing with sinus and upper respiratory for the dampness and air quality. I would love to say we will be back but I would really have to consider if I could risk the room situation and getting sick again.

TRS Premium Experience
The Butlers are not like any other resort. They go beyond what is expected of them. The number of staff to Guest ratio is almost 2 to 1. One again, This resort is a prime example of what an all inclusive resort should strive to be. With over 19 resturaunts on the property, you will never be left without a reservation.

We came to this resort for a friend’s wedding. The resort was really nice and the service was excellent. Most of the food on resort was great quality. The rooms were clean but our room had some chipped mirrors so it looked like they haven’t renovated in a while. Also, this resort has local transportation around the resort - they have golf carts and boat rides to get around. Boat rides were excellent but it was very hard to get a golf cart ride during the day. Also, the room service was amazing, definitely worth it if you missed a meal during the day.

Bartenders = funny and nice !
Fernando (Speedy Gonzales) is the cutest and sweetest bartender ! Amazing server ! He is funny and went by multiple times on the beach to give us the best drinks and refill our glasses. I didn’t like my drink and he didn’t hesitate to change it !
