Top Hotel !! Awsome service om each department from the resort. Bar on the pool , restaurants . All top service !! Special metion for René on the pool Bar. And the girls on the front desk ay the buffet. Also note the rooms are very cosy and practicle.

We went on a family vacation with 2 kids and 2 adults and had a very nice stay at the Paradisus in Playa del Carmen. Highly recommend the Family Concierge service - we were up to date on all activities for the kids, and all our dinner reservations were taken care of. Tiara was great!! We were very happy with variety of activities available for to keep the kids occupied. We follow a vegetarian diet, and feel satisfied with the food options available at the restaurants, even though it was limited. Service was excellent, everyone greeted us with smiles. Beach was clean and beautiful. I would recommend this resort to family and friends looking to vacation in Playa del Carmen.

Amazing family vacation
Incredible resort with the best service. Our family concierge Tiara went above and beyond giving our children, and my wife and i, a vacation and experience we will never forget. 5 stars just isn't enough. We will be back again and again and again.

Jan 10, 2025Solid family hotel choice, but not a true 5 star experience
The hotel and ala carte restaurants were overall lovely, however if you are expecting a true 5 star experience with concierge service, this is not the place. The family concierge was a mess. We had multiple messages and requests ignored despite sending them with 24 hour advanced notice. They didn’t book a spa experience for us despite multiple requests, did not organize luggage pick up for us at check out despite telling us they would multiple times, we’re unable to confirm that a tour they organized was leaving in the rain. This left us frequently running around the hotel with our toddler trying to find someone who could help. In addition to this, while the restaurants were decent to good, the buffet food was overwhelmingly bad. Like discretely spit out in napkin bad. Overall I’d rate this hotel 3.5 stars. Would I return? Possibly for the right price but there’s a lot of competition and I would most likely seek out one of the many other true 5 star hotels in the area.

Nice holidays in Playa del Carmen
Overall, we are enjoying our stay in the hotel. Clean, the staff is very nice and lovely and a special thanks to Angel, Elmer and Elena from the Naos restaurant. However, I need to mention that the diversification of food needs to be improved ( almost never saw fish) and not enough evening activities.
