General state of the hotel was good. Hotel is a bit on the older side so not perfect and brand new. However I really liked the whole Mexican style of the architecture. Staff were amazing, very helpful, proactive and friendly. Food was great even at the main buffet. The sushi bar was too small though (12 seats) so we never could get in. Beach was good but the water was not Cristal clear and there were a lot of sea weed and rocks so swimming experience was not great. Animation was excellent and the team was great, special mention for Ricky who was just amazing. Overall we had a great time and would go again if it wasn't for the beach.

the team on all accounts is fabulous, no complaints everything exceeded expectations. thankyou so much for accommodating to every need, the entertainment was beautiful and every server came to me with a smile and I couldn't ask for more from the team

The best service in the world!
Every one apart of the entertainment team were SOOO AMAZING!!!! So so kind and fun, they complete the experience. Same can be said for all the employees!! I loved how sweet and caring everyone is, it truly makes it worth it. The service is always quick and on point af!!!

Starting 2025 in Dreams
Was an amazing experience!!! the food delicious, the service outstanding. Buildings need some maintainance but in general our stay was very pleasent. We advice club preferred and explorers club, they have the best attention and service ever!!

Dreams Tulum Fun
The beach was beaituful, gardens were well kept. The food was really good and accomodations were up to par with everything else. The entertainment team was the most fun. Ronaldo and his crew were super energetic. Also Yahir made us some amazing drinks
