Hilton Hawaii Village bad servies
Being a Hilton Gold member for years this was the worse stay. Hotel workers on strike, rooms not really cleaned or having supplies and towels. Had to clean bathroom ourself. No notifications about limited services. Lots of loud noise. Would not stay here again.

Improve my experience by SUPPORTING WORKERS!
I can’t believe the hotel treats its workers so poorly. They are on strike! Cutting workers and services makes my experience worse. We demand the service we are paying for. Hilton, fix the problems now so we can all go back to enjoying the beach! #uniteherehawaii

Horrible Hilton Hawaiian Holiday
The workers are on strike and management has not picked up the slack. The rooms are dirty. There are no reliable clean towels. The noise from the protests starts at 6:00 am until 9 :3 pm. There is no food service pool or beach side. We couldn't open our balcony windows to enjoy sitting outside or the beautiful air, because of the constant nosue coming from the protesters. The Hilton knew the strick was coming and could have warned us before we arrived but they made a business decision that effected us. Our family of 7, loved being on the island of Oahu, as long as we left the Hilton property each day. If you have plans to stay anywhere on the property, I suggest you call first and ask if the workers are still on strike. Personally, I'll never knowingly stay at a property with striking workers.

Terrible experience!
A terrible experience! Do not stay here! We received no notification of the strike that is taking place. Hilton was in negotiations for months and knew this could be an issue. The strike was taking place for more than a week before we got here. No housekeeping, reduced amenities, and the noise from the striker picket lines from 6am-10pm made it impossible to sit on the balcony and relax. When we complained to the desk about not receiving notice they refunded our parking (which is $71 a day for self park because there are no valets working), but that does not begin to cover the frustration of staying here. For a worldwide hotel I would have expected better. We are moving our future business to Marriott.

More than employees need to be striking this hotel
Imagine our surprise when we roll up from the airport to the hotel and the entire staff is chanting on strike. We didn’t have any knowledge of this happening and BOOM enjoy your 3 hours to check in, zero room service, dirty room, nothing open. What kind of resort doesn’t even have drinks by the pool? I can do that at a 2 star resort in Arizona. Had to basically be a pest control as I evacuated a large family of roaches out of our room as well. You can imagine how pissed off and paranoid my wife was to sleep after that experience. Our room keys stopped working at 1 am and it took half an hour of yelling around the front desk to find someone that could replace them. Do not book here until they figure out their business. Unless you want to be woken up constantly by the protestors downstairs or the construction upstairs. I will recommend many other hotels down the Waikīkī beach EXCEPT this one
